Submit Donation
The AWHN receives its core funding from the Wildlife Exotic Disease Preparedness
Program. Most of these funds go towards running the network. What we really
need are donations to help us support on the ground wildlife disease
investigations by veterinarians, wildlife carers, rural lands protection board
officers, rangers, biologists and scientists. Please help us with this work by
making a donation (or subscribing the network).
Pick an area where you would like your subscription or donation spent (for
example, if you want your donation to go to funding investigation work click on
"Surveillance and Investigation work"; If you want to donate to a specific
project, click on the box and send us an email telling us where you want the
money spent (e.g. you might be concerned about Tasmanian devil facial tumour
disease or frog extinctions associated with Chytrid fungus: just let us know
and we will forward the funds to them, or give you contact details of the
principal investigators).
We also support research, EAD, surveillance, education and training and
communications. This is important work for our country. All donations over $2
are tax deductible.
