Q Fever - Australia (South Australia) (02): Abattoir Another case of Q fever has been confirmed in the South Australian Riverland. An outbreak of the disease has been linked to a Waikerie goat abattoir. Check out: Speare et al. 1989. Diseases of free-ranging macropodoidea in Kangaroos, wallabies and rat kangaroos. G. Grigg, P. Jarman and I. Hume (Eds). Surrey Beattie pp705 - 734. The section on Q fever is a bit dated but has a couple of references that might be worth chasing up.
