R Woods 02/03/2009 Request for tissues: characterisation of avian pox viruses in Australia - The Australian Registry of Wildlife Health is collaborating with Drs. Gerry Dorrestein, Diagnostisch Pathologie Laboratorium, The Netherlands and Miklós Gyuranecz, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Szent István University, Budapest to characterise avian pox viruses in Australia. We are seeking frozen, or formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue samples containing suspected avian pox lesions - from native or feral species.
